Incident Notes

Konstellation allows you to add Incident Notes directly within the Incident Management view. 

These notes can include:

  • Observations of the issue
  • Troubleshooting steps
  • ETA on expected resolution time to inform consumers of the impacted data
  • or any other relevant information that helps your team track the investigation and resolution process. 

Incident Notes provide a valuable record for future reference and can help improve incident response over time. Separately, they provide a great addition to the incident timeline and helps bring everyone on the same page regarding incident resolution.
