07/18/2024

  • DBT for Snowflake Support:
    • Integration of DBT models and tests, including their run history and run status, now available for Snowflake.
    • Enables observability on Snowflake pipelines managed through DBT.
    • With this release, we now support DBT for both Snowflake and BigQuery data sources.

  • New Integrations Page:
    • A dedicated page to manage all integrations seamlessly.
  • Landing Time Chart Updates:
    • Updates to the Landing Time Chart in the Table page to easily compare each table’s auto-generated SLA against the actual landing time of the table per day.
  • Bug Fixes & Enhancements:
    • Support for views and lineage for views of your data pipeline. Includes both Snowflake and BigQuery

  • Home Tab Redesign:
    • New design and version of the Home Tab.
    • Introduction of “Most Problematic Tables” with a focus on the time spent fixing/troubleshooting each table. This feature enables a proactive approach to managing tech debt.
  • Table Reliability Score:
    • Added explainability to help understand how the score is calculated for each table.

  • Incident Resolution Enhancements:
    • Ability to add "Notes" as part of incident resolution to share information across the organization, such as an SLA for data consumers, or keeping teams informed on the status of the incident.
    • Added a timeline of actions in the Incident Page to bring visibility to the progress of a given incident and the members involved.
  • Connection Sync Details:
    • Added details to “Last Connection Sync” to show the last time Konstellation has refreshed from each data source.
  • Improved In-App Notifications:
    • Enhanced notifications when users mark/remove marks on Tables as important. This provides better feedback as teams identify tables as important or not-important.
  • Column-Level Metrics:
    • Enabled column-level metrics for all dates and timestamps, including corresponding charts with these metrics.
  • Bug Fixes & Enhancements:
    • Fixes on the Table Reliability Trend chart.
    • Criticality Score algorithm improvements, to better consider important tables as part of criticality.
