Incident Management

Konstellation’s Incident Management system provides a centralized dashboard where you can view, track, and resolve incidents. Each incident is logged with detailed information, including the source of the issue, the affected data assets, and recommended actions. The system also allows you to assign incidents to team members, leave incident notes to inform other interested team members, and monitor resolution progress in real time.

Incidents are automatically prioritized through our Criticality Score, so that your team can Fix What Matters. 

Incident Detection

Konstellation continuously monitors your data pipelines and automatically detects anomalies or irregularities that could impact data quality or reliability. When an issue is identified, Konstellation searches for other issues impacted by the same reason, groups them together and creates an Incident, identifying the Incident Origin.

Depending on the alerting that has been setup, Konstellation will alert you so your team is the first to know about potential problems before they escalate.

Incidents are detected every time Konstellation refreshes the sync with each of your data sources.

Impact Analysis

Once an incident is detected, Konstellation performs an in-depth Impact Analysis to assess the scope and severity of the issue. This analysis helps you understand which downstream processes, reports, or business decisions might be affected by the incident, allowing your team to prioritize response efforts accordingly.
